GARY L. NEAL, Managing Member.

Mr. Neal is a graduate of Augustana College in Rock Island, Ilinois, and of the University of Oregon, School of Law. Mr. Neal practiced with Churchill Law Offices and was a managing member of Neal & Uhl, PLLC, prior to Neal Colborn, PLLC. He is a member of the State Bar of Idaho and Oregon, is licensed to practice in all state courts of Idaho and Oregon, US District Court, District of Idaho and US Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Neal's primary areas of practice are Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Community Association Law, Fair Housing Act and A.D.A., Entity Formation, and Commercial Law. Mr. Neal has prevailed in these cases before the Idaho Supreme Court:
Hodgins v. Sales, 139. Idaho 225, 76 P.3d 969 (2003),
and Camp v. East Fork Ditch Co., Ltd., 137 Idaho 850, 55 P.3d 304 (2002).

JAMES W. COLBORN, Managing Member

Mr. Colborn is a graduate of Washington State University, and Willamette University College of Law. After law school Mr. Colborn served as Judicial Clerk for Honorable Stephen W. Drescher, Third District Court of Idaho and practiced in Washington for five years before joining Neal Colborn's predecessor firm, Neal & Uhl, PLLC, in 2002. He is a member of the State Board of Idaho and Washington, and is licensed to practice in all state courts of Idaho and Washington as well as U.S. District Court in Idaho and the Western District of Washington and U.S. Bankruptcy Court. His primary areas of practice are Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Neighborhood Association Law, Business Law, Bankruptcy and Landlord Tenant Law.

Heather L. Conder is an associate attorney with Neal Colborn PLLC. Ms. Conder is a graduate of the University of Utah, and Regent University School of Law.
