In deed of trust foreclosure work, outside of Ada and Canyon County trustee's sales are held in title company offices with their assistance.

Unlike other trustees conducting foreclosures you do not have to deal with ill-trained processors, but will be dealing directly with an attorney knowledgeable in the field. We can also represent you in bankruptcy and post-foreclosure evictions. Thus, no matter the stage of foreclosure, you will have consistent, knowledgeable and timely representation.

The current financial crisis has placed a number of homeowners in difficult positions. We can help you with assessing and resolving your situation, whether it be through short sale, loan modification or even contesting a wrongful foreclosure.

In most bankruptcy actions, cases are completed without the need to appear personally in court. Cases that require a hearing in bankruptcy court outside of Boise are coordinated through legal offices with which we have ongoing contacts. These associated firms bill on an hourly basis and we pay those costs directly, asking reimbursement from our client without markup.
