Note: These forms have been used successfully by our firm. However, they only
represent the minimum notice required under current Idaho law, if your lease or
rental agreement requires a different notice (for example: 10 days to pay rent), your
notice will have to comply with your lease or rental agreement as well. Also, statutory
law changes from time to time, and judges will reinterpret the common law. Therefore
you should always use the newest forms available and check with one of our
attorneys if you have any questions. These forms are intended for use in Idaho only.
