Give this notice if the Tenant is late in paying rent.
Note:
The Tenant has 3 days to pay rent or vacate the premises. If the Tenant
fails to pay or leave in that time, you can file suit to have the
Tenant
evicted. The 3 days does not count the day of service, or weekends
and/or holidays.
