NOTICE
OF BREACH OF LEASE
TO:

If you fail to do so, legal proceedings will be instituted against you to recover said premises and such damages as the law allows. Lease is cured as specified above, that the tenancy of the premises
will be terminated
30 days from the date of this notice and you and all of your property
must be removed

evict you as an
unlawful holdover tenant.
