GARY L. NEAL, Managing Member.
Mr. Neal is a graduate of Augustana College in Rock Island, Ilinois, and of the University of Oregon, School of Law. Mr. Neal began his practice at Lance D. Churchill Law Offices and in 2000 became a managing member of Neal & Uhl, PLLC. He is a member of the State Bar of Idaho and Oregon, is licensed to practice in all state courts of Idaho and Oregon, US District Court, District of Idaho and US Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Neal's primary areas of practice are Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Community Association Law, Fair Housing Act and A.D.A., Entity Formation, and Commercial Law. Mr. Neal has prevailed in these cases before the Idaho Supreme Court: Hodgins v. Sales, and Camp v. East Fork Ditch Company, LTD. |

STAFF
MARILYN JONES is the office manager and legal secretary for real estate and foreclosures. She has been with the firm since 1986 and has been involved in real estate oriented legal work for over 24 years. SHARRON HERRICK is the legal secretary for bankruptcy and collection. She joined the firm in 1994 and previously worked for the Ada County Sheriff's Department, Civil Division. ALAN STEWART joined the firm in 2003 as a Paralegal. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and has done post graduate work at Denver Paralegal Institute and U.C. Davis. He has experience with the Ada County District Court, Court Assistance Office, and in law enforcement. ANGELICA LOEFLER is our firm receptionist. |

HOLGER UHL, Managing Member
Mr. Uhl is a graduate of Albertson College of Idaho, and Willamette University College of Law. Mr. Uhl has practiced in Oregon and has been a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable G.F. Schroeder, Fourth District Court of Idaho, prior to joining Lance D. Churchill Law Offices. He became a managing member of Neal & Uhl, PLLC in 2000. Mr. Uhl is a member of the State Bar of Idaho and Oregon, is licensed to practice in all state courts of Idaho and Oregon, and US District Court, District of Idaho. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, American Foreclosure Network, and Deutsch-Amerikanische Juristen Vereinigung. Mr. Uhl's primary areas of practice are Real Estate, Civil Litigation, and International Law. |

JAMES W. COLBORN
Mr. Colborn graduated from Washington State University, and Willamette University, College of Law. Mr. Colborn was Judicial Clerk for Honorable Stephen W. Drescher, Third District Court of Idaho and has practiced in Washington for five years before joing Neal & Uhl, PLLC in 2002. He is a member of the Idaho and Washington State Bar, Washington State Bar; Business Law, International Law and Young Lawyers Sections. His primary areas of practice are Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Business Law, Estate Planning & Probate, and Personal Injury. |
