Title: Managing Member Mr. Neal is a graduate of Augustana College in Rock Island, Ilinois, and of the University of Oregon, School of Law. Mr. Neal practiced with Churchill Law Offices and was a managing member of Neal & Uhl, PLLC, prior to Neal Colborn, PLLC. He is a member of the State Bar of Idaho and Oregon, is licensed to practice in all state courts of Idaho and Oregon, US District Court, District of Idaho and US Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Neal's primary areas of practice are Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Community Association Law, Fair Housing Act and A.D.A., Entity Formation, and Commercial Law.
