Title: Attorney Mr. Scott earned his law degree, cum laude, from Willamette University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Western Washington University. While in law school, Mr. Scott earned a place on the Willamette Law Review. After law school, he served as a Judicial Law Clerk for Justice W. Jones of the Idaho Supreme Court. In that capacity, he evaluated hundreds of appellate briefs to the Supreme Court and submitted influential memoranda to the Court. Following his clerkship, he held the position of Chief Deputy Prosecutor for Boise County, where he prosecuted individuals accused of a wide variety of crimes, including felonies, misdemeanors, and infractions. In 2011, Mr. Scott joined Neal Colborn PLLC. His primary areas of practice are Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Appeals and Landlord Tenant Law.
